U.S. Focal meeting, 29th February 2008, Berkeley, CA

On February 29, 2008 the University of California at Berkeley hosted the U.S. SCOAP3 focal meeting, aimed at fostering broad consensus and involvement from the leading U.S. libraries and library consortia to make SCOAP3 happen.
