At 6th and 7th December 2023 the SCOAP3 Governing Council met for a hybrid meeting with the majority of delegates coming together at CERN. The Governing Council approved the negotiation results for the SCOAP3 Phase 4 contracts, the new country share calculation as well as a proposed evolution of the SCOAP3 for Books programme. This subset of slides in the original PPT format is suitable for adaptation and dissemination within the SCOAP3 partnership. In addition, a short presentation of 10 years of SCOAP3 can be used for public events.
